Savings Bond Toolkit (SAV) handles valuing all types of Savings Bonds: Series E, Series S, Series EE, Series I, Series H, and Series HH.
It provides an accurate up to date report that will allow you to see the face value, Issue date, owner of the bond, redemption value, interest earned, and final maturity.
Savings Bond Toolkit features:
- Form 1851 (request to reissue US savings bond to a Personal Trust)
- Form 4000 (request to reissue a US savings bond, change name, beneficiary, co-owner, or registration)
- Form 1455 (request by Fiduciary for Reissue of US savings bonds)
The software allows you to keep the bond values automatically up to date by creating a file for each client that you simply open and refresh.
Savings Bond Toolkit is extremely easy to use. Simply enter the bond information, print it, and mail it.

Savings Bond Toolkit is priced at $49 for a single initial license, including twleve months of coverage (updates sent in May and November when the redemption tables are updated). Future annual renewal coverage is $36 for a single license.
A current desktop version of Windows is required.

All Desktop products require the initial purchase of the software and the annual maintenance service fee to remain active and operable. The maintenance service allows your software license to stay current and receive updates, new features, legislative and tax law changes, bug-fixes, etc. Expiration or lapse of your annual maintenance service fees could result in the requirement to purchase a new license of the software.
The pricing includes the initial purchase of one (1) software license and twelve (12) months of complimentary maintenance service. At the expiration of this complimentary maintenance service period (12 months from the date of initial purchase), you will be charged for the first year of annual maintenance service. Your next fee will be assessed exactly one (1) year later and every year after that for your yearly maintenance service.
